Part of the Unreal franchise, it is the fourth game in the Unreal Tournament series, and the eighth game overall its name is in reflection of the game being the first in the franchise to use Unreal Engine 3. The content we produce is obviously not free of use should you want to upload our videos on your own website or YouTube channel.Unreal Tournament 3 ( UT3) is a first-person arena shooter video game developed by Epic Games and published by Midway Games. In reply to The PS3 version has the potential to be better for a few different reasons, most of which can be summed-up in one word: Mods. I say that only because the PS3 version has been out for six months now and if it wasn't true, the 360 version would at least look as good as the PS3 version. There's nothing wrong with that, no one can be blamed. That has nothing to do with mods, and that's not Epic's fault, you can just do more with the architecture of the PS3. Granted, the 360 version isn't done yet, so that could mean nothing, but still if the 360 could take in all what the PS3 could do with this game, the 360 port should at least look as good as the PS3 version early on, since it would be a direct port as everyone who starts with a PS3 game says it's easier to do. The lighting looks better on the PS3 version and it looks like there's more filters on the PS3 version. The PS3 version flat-out looks better from what I've seen with clips and pics. The PS3 version can have every board the 360 version has because of mods, so the 360 has no advantage there. The PS3 version doesn't have splitscreen, but that can be rectified with mods. The PS3 version has the potential to be better for a few different reasons, most of which can be summed-up in one word: Mods. no mods = no buy!"īecause every single game is ALWAYS incomplete in one way or another. I can fully understand why multi-plataform owners won't think twice on choosing the PC/PS3 version over the 360, but a one console only owner that wants to play some frenetic deathmatch action, where this is one of the last great takes on that kind of game. Amazing game, almost perfect, since YOU get to download the mods and tune/change the game into what YOU like in games. Now try oblivion with Francesco's mod + all other things you want. In all those cases, a mod can completely turn the game around and make it superb. Or if its an rts, it has a pathetic small unit cap. Or it simply sucks in the feel of the gameplay. Or it has boring few weapons or vehicles. ![]() no mods = no buy!"Because every single game is ALWAYS incomplete in one way or another. hell, people only play what people create, won't they? WTF? You want to play the frickin' game, or you want to play user maps? Next-time ask Epic to release Unreal Mods 4, with only the u-c tools and no games.
